Introduction of Hatha Yoga
Introduction of Hatha Yoga-
If you are looking forward to getting into the yoga market, it is good to know that there are some Hatha Yoga schools and institutions around the country that provide good Hatha Yoga instruction. However, what exactly does the training entail?
The Level I, II, and the Advanced Hatha Yoga teacher certification course are primarily meant for aspiring yoga practitioners who wish to broaden their knowledge of the practice and develop their skills in performing various Hatha poses. These are basically the basic poses that a student will perform as part of the basic Hatha system and are meant to be a foundation for learning more advanced poses such as the Bhujangasana (head-to-toe forward bend), the Sukhasana (half-kneeling forward stretch), and the Trikonasana (triangle pose). After this level, students can move on to the intermediate training which consists of the intermediate pose and postures of the next level.
In order to become a qualified Hatha Yoga instructor, students need to pass the certification examination that accompanies the Level I, II, and the advanced Hatha teacher certification course. The exam itself is based on different principles than other yoga certification exams and it is therefore important for students to master certain aspects of the Hatha system before they can be able to confidently pass the exam.
Once they have completed the basic poses and have a thorough understanding of the various postures and positions used in the training, students can then move on to the intermediate training. It can take up to nine months for students to gain enough knowledge and confidence in performing poses in this level. This training usually includes the preparation of the students’ body, the physical movements and proper alignment of the body. Most classes also require the students to understand the benefits of Hatha and the importance of practicing Hatha poses correctly.
The Intermediate Training is designed to help students improve their knowledge about the various aspects of the Hatha system as well as gain a more solid foundation on the basics of body alignment and posture. Hatha is a complex system of poses and positions and in order to understand the significance of all of them, students need to understand how each pose is supposed to be executed, and how to execute each pose. in a correct manner. This level also includes the basic posture skills required in Hatha poses and can be practiced in one or two sessions depending on the needs of the individual student.
After the Intermediate Training, students can move onto the Advanced Hatha Yoga instructor certification course which consists of the complete Hatha system. This level is a combination of the knowledge gained in the previous three levels and gives students the necessary experience to teach Hatha poses and positions to other students effectively.
The Advanced Hatha Yoga instructor certification course is designed especially for those students who are already certified and want to broaden their knowledge. The class includes all the advanced Hatha poses, as well as additional postures and positions that the advanced classes are centered around.
For people who are not familiar with Hatha, it is best to learn about Hatha through the Hatha Yoga teacher certification first so that students can get a clear understanding of what they are being taught before they enroll into any other Hatha class. There are numerous organizations in the country that offer Hatha Yoga instruction and the level of experience and qualification of the instructor should be checked carefully to make sure that it is right for you. If you are not sure, it is better to take some classes first to get an idea of what the program involves and to familiarize yourself with the system before getting enrolled in a Hatha program.
